How to reach us
One address, and it reaches the person who built the product rather than a queue. No ticket number, no bot, no hold music.
First reply within one business day, business days only. If something has gone wrong with an order, say so in the subject line and it goes to the top.
What to email about
- An order that did not arrive, or documents that look wrong.
- A refund. The terms are on the Terms page, and we would rather sort a problem out directly than have you dispute a charge with your bank.
- A question about what the Safeguards Rule asks of your firm, or about something in your own documents.
- Whether Policywright fits your situation before you buy. We would rather tell you no than sell you something you do not need.
- A mistake you have spotted in our writing. Every provision on this site is cited to a primary source precisely so that you can check it, and if a citation is wrong we want to know today.
What we cannot do
Policywright produces documentation. It is not a law firm, it does not give legal advice, and using it does not create an attorney-client relationship. We cannot tell you whether a specific set of facts puts your firm on the right side of a regulator, and anyone selling you that answer for $149 is selling you something they cannot deliver. For that, you want a lawyer, and we will say so plainly rather than guess.
We also do not provide IT support, incident response, or help recovering a system that is already compromised. If you are in the middle of an incident, your Incident Response Plan names the steps and the deadlines; call your insurer and your counsel first, and us afterwards.
Who you are writing to
Policywright is a product of Native Group LLC, a Colorado limited liability company formed on 8 April 2026, entity number 20261433373, based in Colorado Springs, Colorado. You can verify that yourself at coloradosos.gov.
It is run by one person, and the about page says who and what that means for you in both directions.
Before you write
The FAQ answers the common ones, and the duty list will tell you in about thirty seconds which parts of 16 CFR Part 314 your firm actually owes. Neither costs anything and neither needs an email address.
